Our Return Policy:
- Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before returning any item so we can give you mailing instructions.
- You can return the product within 10 days of delivery.
- The product must be in new condition, undamaged and unworn, with its original tag and labels.
- We do NOT refund sale items, or any item bought with a discount code. These items are returnable for store credit only, or can be exchanged for a different size or product.
- In order to maintain the exclusivity that characterizes us, in the first refund, the full amount of the purchase can be refunded or can be exchanged for another product. If the buyer decides to make a second change of one of the products, the amount will be returned for store credit only.
- The shipping fees for returns and exchanges are at the customer's charge (that means you will be responsible for return shipping fees back to us and out to you again) . We highly recommend you choose a shipping method that provides a tracking number, in order to follow the shipment if needed.
- · The products of the same order must be returned in the same consignment, we do not accept in any case to receive returns of the same order separately.
- In case your return does not meet these conditions and is not accepted, Tangram would contact you to offer you the option to return the items that have not been accepted. All costs incurred by this return, including the transportation of these items, taxes or customs duties will be at your own expense. If you do not accept this option, Tangram can keep the articles and the amount of them.
- Once we have received the item, we will return the money to your Paypal account within 10 days. In no case will the shipping costs be refunded.

for return mailing instructions. Tangram is NOT responsible for any return customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot/will not accept a return package if import taxes apply.
- In case the item would get lost, please contact us. None of our packages ever got lost so far, but delays may occur, mostly due to customs inspection, which is out of our control. We are NOT responsible for losses or delays during shipping and we will always provide you with a tracking number once we sent your product. However, if such situation occurs, please contact us and we will discuss possible solutions.
- We are NOT responsible for any customs charge that occur in your country.
- If you fail to pick up your item after being left a notice by your local Post, the package will be returned to us after 15 days. Re-shipping the package will be charged to the customer.
